| Spring 2010: |
| 1) All teams agree to refrain from using these fields which will be roped off and marked |
| 2) Teams or organizations who fail to comply will be fined $100 for the first offense: $200 for the second; $500 for the third and loss of permit for the season |
| 3) No out of town teams will be granted permission to use Lynnfield fields for the Spring 2010 season |
| 4) Club teams will be granted permission to use Lynnfield parks for the Spring 2010 season provided that obtain appropriate permit through LRC |
| 5) Makeup games will be a secondary use for any field and must be scheduled in coordination with the primary users of desired field and LRC must be notified of any changes |
| 6) Other guidelines and jurisdiction as defined in the Field Usage Proposal agreed upon by the LRC |
