Chairman Bourque called the meeting to order at 6:37 p.m.
Discussion of warrant articles
Mr. Gustus read through the articles for the annual and special town meeting warrants and Board members said they were in accordance with recommending all the articles included in the warrants.
On the motion of Selectman Merritt, seconded by Selectman MacKendrick, the Board voted to recommend the articles in the annual town meeting warrant. (See attached exhibit.)
On the motion of Selectman MacKendrick, seconded by Selectman Merritt, the Board voted to recommend the articles in the special town meeting warrant. (See attached exhibit.)
The Board voted to recess the meeting to the Middle School auditorium for the annual and special town meetings. As there was not a sufficient number of voters to conduct the meetings under the town charter’s quorum requirement, the Board voted to adjourn at 8:15 p.m.
