Chairman MacKendrick called the meeting to order at 6:31 p.m.
Discussion of warrant articles
As the Board had voted to recommend the warrant articles for the annual and special town meetings that were originally scheduled for April 27, there was no need to discuss them further, Board members agreed.
On the motion of Selectman Merritt, seconded by Selectman Bourque, the Board voted to endorse both articles on the May 18 special town meeting warrant regarding the elimination of the quorum and the reduction of the quorum to 100 voters.
The Board voted to recess and reconvene in the Middle School auditorium for the town meeting.
At the close of town meeting, the Board voted to adjourn at 10:34 p.m.
