ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS:
Case #09-23 KELLY NISSAN OF LYNNFIELD, 271-275 BROADWAY, LYNNFIELD, MA 01940. To apply for a Permit under Section 4.3;Section 7.4; Section 9.2 and Section 11, to construct additional service bays and a car wash tunnel to the existing automotive dealership building, along with the installation of additional pavement and storm water management facilities to be used for parking motor vehicles. CONTINUED FROM 1-5-10 MEETING.
Case #09-31 HERB CHAMBERS OF LYNNFIELD, 379-399 BROADWAY, LYNNFIELD, MA. 01940. To apply for Site Plan Approval under Section 7.4 and any other relief including variances and special permits, if necessary to demolish the existing structure and construct a new dealership building at the property, and any other improvements including building and free standing signage and relocation of lighting under Sections 6.3 Signage; 7.4 Site Plan Approval; 7.6 Lighting and 9.2 Wetland Buffer Zone. Case #10-02 THOMAS TAYLOR AND NANCY ARNESANI-TAYLOR, 9 HERITAGE LANE, LYNNFIELD, MA 01940. To apply for Special Permit under Section 9.2.4.2 and Special Permit under 11.4 to permit the construction of the proposed swimming pool and proposed concrete patio within the Wetlands Buffer Zone.
