Case#10-16 D’AMICO LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, 433 Broadway, Lynnfield, MA 01940 To apply for a Special Permit/ Finding to amend the Petition previously filed in Case #10-11 by the same Petitioner to include a request for a Special /Finding under Section 11.4 of the Lynnfield Zoning By-Laws to allow the expansion of the existing non-conforming structure, as well as Site Plan Approval requested in the initial Petition for Case # 10-11. CONTINUED FROM 9-7-10 MEETING.
Case #10-23 GEORGE J. HOEY, 34 EDWARD AVE, LYNNFIELD, MA 01940. To apply for a Variance under section 10.8 Set backs and yards, to install an inground pool. CONTINUED FROM 9-7-10 MEETING.
Case#10-25 JOSEPH SANTILLI, 27 Wildwood Drive, Lynnfield, MA 01940. To apply for a Special Permit under Section 9.2 of the Zoning Bylaw (Wetland Buffer District) for construction of a home and associated grading and landscaping.
Case #10-26 MARYBETH BENEDETTO AND TIMOTHY R. BENEDETTO, 22 Edgemere Road, Lynnfield Ma. 01940. To apply for a Special Permit/Finding under Section 5.1.2, and a Variance or Finding as required under Section 5.1.2.6 relative to apartment size to permit an accessory in-law apartment which exceeds the 25% limitation under said Section, due to the configuration of the existing dwelling.
Case #10-27 MARCO TAMMARO AND FRANCESCA, 151 Main Street, Lynnfield, MA 01940. To Apply for a Special Permit/Finding under Section 9.2.4.2 “Wetlands Buffer Zone District” and Special Permit/Finding under Section 11.4 “Extension of Non-Conforming Use/Structure” to raze and remove the existing non-conforming dwelling and garage and construct a new two and a half story dwelling and garage.
Case #10-28 HERB CHAMBERS, 379-399 BROADWAY, LYNNFIELD, MA 01940. To apply for a modification of Site Plan Approval in Case #09-31 under Section 7.4 and other zoning relief, if required. To allow for an addition to the approved new Cadillac facility for a two (2) vehicle delivery area as shown on the plan.
Case #10-29 TATUM JOYCE, 600 BROADWAY, LYNNFIELD, MA 01940. To apply for a Variance and Special Permit under section 6.1 and 5.1.1 to post a free standing sign on the property and to conduct psychic readings from the home.
