Select Board exercises Town's Right-of-First Refusal to purchase Richardson Green property

In three unanimous votes, the Select Board voted in its Monday November 29 meeting to exercise the Town's Right of First Refusal to purchase the Richardson Green property, assign the right to Greenbelt - Essex County's Land Trust, approve the form of a Conservation Restriction to permanently protect the property, and sign the Purchase & Sale Agreement.
