Surplus Vehicle & Equipment Auction

TOWN OF LYNNFIELD, MASSACHUSETTS

 

In accordance with Chapter 30B, Section 15 of the Massachusetts General Laws, notice is hereby given that the Town of Lynnfield will hold a public auction of surplus vehicles and miscellaneous items. Interested parties can view and bid on items through the following website: www.govdeals.com/lynnfieldma. Inspection of items may be done photographically at the web address: www.govdeals.com/lynnfieldma

 

Bidding will begin on Monday 9/20/2021 at 7:00 am and will close on Monday 9/30/2021 at 5:00 pm.

 

Terms of sale: The vehicles and miscellaneous items are to be sold “as is” without warranty expressed or implied. Most items are in need of some repairs.

 

The surplus items will be awarded to the responsive bidder offering the highest price for the items. The Town of Lynnfield reserves the right to reject any and all bids if it is determined to be in the best interest of the Town.

 

Successful bidders are expected to render payment through www.govdeals.com.
