Get your camera ready to discover a special Lynnfield tree with a photograph and win a prize!
The Lynnfield Tree Committee has kicked off its first photo contest, Lynnfield Through the Lens, with 6 categories and the prize of a tree for each winner!
Applicants must be Lynnfield residents, and all trees must be located in Lynnfield. All ages are encouraged to enter with each applicant allowed three submissions to win a FREE tree. Choose from:
- Fall Foliage - be a leaf-peeper
- Best Bark - see how each tree protects itself
- From Your Yard - great specimens can be right outside your door
- Abstract - go crazy
- Under age 12
- Age 12 - 18
Digital format for tree photos is preferred. Submissions accepted October 1 through October 28. Winners will be awarded their trees on the Lynnfield Common, Saturday, November 3 at 10AM...just in time for planting this year!
