2023 ConCom Meeting Schedule & Filing Deadlines

 

The Lynnfield Conservation Commission meets once a month, usually the third Tuesday of the month, beginning at 6:30 p.m. These meetings are held in the Selectmen's Hearing Room on the upper level of Town Hall (enter by the side door entrance and go upstairs and take a right, room is last door on the right) unless otherwise noted. Meetings and Public Hearings are posted on the Lynnfield Town Hall Bulletin Boards outside the Town Clerk's office and on the bulletin board on the lower level of Town Hall near the Conservation Office.
 

Eight hard copies and a digital copy of the NOI's, ANRAD's and RDA's plus plans must be submitted by noon of the filing deadline listed below to allow ample time to process the legal ad and publishing in The Lynnfield Villager. (Please note that copies may simply be stapled or binder-clipped - it is not necessary to spiral bind copies.) Applicants are responsible for paying the costs of publishing this legal ad. Applicants shall submit a check for $50.00 with the application made payable to "The Lynnfield Villager" for the legal ad publishing cost.
 

PLEASE NOTE: For NOI and/or ANRAD filings, you must contact the Assessor’s Office in order to receive the Certified Abutter List. You may download the REQUEST FOR CERTIFIED ABUTTERS LIST here. (Please note that only checks or cash are accepted as payment). Once the Certified Abutters List is produced and paid for, and the date and time of the public hearing has been advertised, please complete the NOTICE TO ABUTTERS form here. Note that this Notice must be made by hand delivery, or in writing by certificates of mailing or certified mail (return receipt requested) to all abutters within 100 feet of the property line of the project location.
