Culvert work at Beaverdam Brooks starts August 20

The Town of Lynnfield is pleased to announce that work on the removal of the Beaver Dam Brook Culvert at the MBTA railroad bed will begin the week of August 20, 2018. This work is proposed to help alleviate flooding for the surrounding neighborhoods. Brush and tree removal along the MBTA railroad bed from the Episcopal Church to Ready Meadow will occur on August 20 and 21 followed by construction at Beaver Dam Brook. Work should last approximately two weeks, weather permitting. If you have any questions, call the Town Engineer at (781) 334-9503.
