Record Requests

If you need a police specific record you may request it online from this page.  Or you may drop off a completed record request form in person at the police station.

Whether using a record request form or using the request link from this webpage please remember to give as much specific information as possible.  This will help us locate the record you are requesting and decrease your wait time. Most requests will be completed within 10 business days.

Examples -
Requesting motor vehicle accident reports - please include the name of involved, vehicle info, date, time, and location of accident.  If you are missing information or have partial information provide what you have.

For police reports please provide the name of involved participants, date, time, and location of incident.  In the absence of this information provide what you have so we may locate the record.

For all record requests provide clear instructions on how you want the record / report delivered.  Some reports can be delivered via email.  Others will require someone to pick them up at the police station.
