PROPOSED MEADOW WALK DEVELOPMENT PLANS

A copy of the application for Site Plan Review submitted to the Planning Board on January 23, 2008 is available for download below. The application was filed under Sec. 9.5.12 of the Lynnfield Zoning Bylaws.
The following documents make up the complete 40R Planned Village District Development (PVDD) application submitted by National Development to the Town of Lynnfield on January 23, 2008. The application has been broken down into multiple documents to allow all interested parties to view and download the information they wish to review. Paper copies of the complete application are also available for public review at the Public Library and in the Planning Board Office in Town Hall.

BYLAW AND DESIGN STANDARDS
Find below the approved Zoning Bylaw and Design Standards. The proposed Meadow Walk development will be reviewed by the Planning Board for compliance with these documents.
The Planning Board public hearing is scheduled to begin on Wednesday, February 13th at 7:30 P.M. in the Auditorium at the Lynnfield Middle School, 505 Main Street.
