Zoning Board of Appeals
The Board of Appeals Hearings are held at 7:00p.m., on the first Tuesday of every month except when there is a conflict with a Holiday or Voting day in which case notice will be given for the new hearing date. The hearings take place in the H. Joseph Maney Room at Town Hall unless otherwise noticed. The original hearing notice is always given through direct mail to abutters and newspaper publication and public posting for the general public. Once the agenda is posted, copies of the application and plans are available to the public, please contact the Secretary, either by email or phone if you would like to view the plans at the office or pick up a copy. Cases that are continued are only verbally noticed during the original and subsequent hearings on the matter.
