REPORTING POTHOLES!!!
As everyone knows by now it is POTHOLE SEASON. DPW is making every effort to repair these holes as soon as we can. There will, on occasion, be potholes that will reappear in the same spot and some that we may miss on side roads.
If you see a pothole that needs attention you can assist the DPW by reporting it to our office at 781-334-9500 X 0 during normal business hours. Please give an exact location as best as possible (house number, street intersection, telephone pole number etc.).
The DPW Office will record the location and time of your call and schedule the Highway repair crew to fill the pothole as soon as possible (weather permitting). During the winter season our crews are out daily to attend to these problems.
If it is an emergency and after normal DPW business hours then you should notify the Police Department who will dispatch our emergency crew to attend to this.
As spring approaches, all road repairs will be permanently patched with normal hot mix once asphalt plants are opened.
