Strategic Planning Committee

Strategic Planning Committee (SPC) mission is to advise the Board of Selectmen on the scope of upcoming capital projects, to examine and evaluate options regarding these projects, assist in the prioritization of these projects, examination of funding sources and strategies, and to analyze how these projects will fit in with the Town’s spending plan.  Additionally, the SPC will examine and evaluate the Town’s Operating Budget and will advise the Board of Selectmen on a 3 year plan that will produce sustainable operating budgets.
