Town Meeting Study Committee - Survey Results

- The Committee's mission was to research and recommend ways to make town meeting more efficient and productive with the ultimate goal of encouraging more residents to attend Town Meeting.
- Since the start up of the committee, at different times and different members:
- Attended four Town Meetings of other communities to observe how they run their meetings.
- Reviewed a large three ring binder full of information from other towns provided to us by Arthur Bourque (Moderators’ Assoc).
- Produce, distribute, and tallied a town-wide survey in order to get input from our residents
- Due to the time it took to tally the survey, the committee will perform due diligence on the results over the next several months, and if necessary, will prepare articles / changes to be considered at the Fall Town Meeting.
