The following members were present: Heather Sievers, John Faria, Charles Wills, and Brian Charville. Absent: Michael Sheehan
The Public Meeting was called to order by Heather Sievers. Faria Motioned to Adjourn pending completion of the Public Hearing regarding Godding Lane. The Motion passed unanimously without discussion.
Sievers then called the Public Hearing to Order.
1. Public Hearing
Rescission of Godding Lane Subdivision Plan
John Faria moved to waive reading of the Public Notice, seconded by Brian Charville.
The Motion passed without discussion.
The matter of rescission was briefly discussed by Attorney Jason Kimball. No objections were raised and it was moved by Brian Charville and seconded by Charles Wills to rescind the Godding Lane Subdivision Plan.
The Motion passed unanimously.
Atty. Kimball then presented a new Approval Not Required plan for 928 Main Street showing Lots A and B. After discussion, Brian Charville and Charlie Wills signed that plan. John Faria and Heather Sievers withheld judgment and opted to take the time permitted by law to review the plan and decide whether to sign.
Motion by Faria to adjourn the Public Hearing.
The Motion passed unanimously.
2. The Public Meeting was thereupon called to Order by Sievers.
The Minutes from the June 28, 2017 Meeting were read and unanimously approved.
John Faria moved to adjourn the Meeting, the Motion passed unanimously without discussion.
The Meeting adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
