Chair Connell called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. He stated that the meeting is being recorded for cable television transmission. He asked those in attendance to join him in the Pledge of Allegiance.
Change of manager application, Rebel Restaurants, Inc., dba Temazcal Tequila Cantina, 500 Market Street, Ueberte Ramos
Attorney Kevin Cloutier and the respective manager were on hand for the meeting. Attorney Cloutier discussed the large number of restaurants under the Rebel restaurants umbrella. The regional director, Richard Irvine was also in attendance.
Mr. Ramos is a Brazil native who became a United States citizen last year. He has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, including management positions.
MOTION by Mr. Dalton, duly seconded by Mr. Crawford: I move that the application for a change of manager to Ueberte Ramos for Rebel Restaurants, Inc., dba Temazcal Tequila Cantina, be approved. Vote was unanimous.
Annual re-appointments
A list of compensated Town officers seeking reappointment has been provided to the Board. Town Clerk Linda Emerson has announced that she will be retiring in August.
MOTION by Mr. Dalton, duly seconded by Mr. Crawford: I move that the following persons to be appointed to the listed positions for a term effective July 1, 2023 and expiring June 30, 2024. Vote was unanimous.

The chair announced that the Board does not plan to resume public session.
The Board entered executive session at 6:07 p.m. and adjourned at 6:22 p.m.
