We Honor All Who Made the Ultimate Sacrifice

During the month of May, the month of Memorial Day, we pause to remember the men and women who served our great country and are no longer with us. As part of that remembrance every year, we honor those who made the ultimate sacrifice by placing veteran markers and American flags at the grave sights of all veterans buried in our local cemeteries. The flags are now all in place. I hope I didn't miss anyone. If I did, please contact me either by phone at 781-334-9440 or via email at veteransaffairs@town.lynnfield.ma.us. Let me know the veteran’s name and where he or she is buried. I will be sure to honor him or her with a marker and flag. When you see those flags, remember to say; “Thank You For Your Service”.
