Chairman Crawford called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.
Public hearing on the application of Verizon for renewal of its cable television license
The public hearing was posted an advertised, in the Lynnfield Villager, as required by law. The date of the hearing was scheduled before a Board member had an unavoidable scheduling conflict.
Chairman Crawford declared the public hearing open.
MOTION by Selectman Dalton, duly seconded by Chairman Crawford: I move the public hearing on the application of Verizon for the renewal of its cable television license be adjourned to Tuesday, June 18 at 7:00 p.m. at the Merritt Center, 600 market Street. The motion was approved 2-0 (Sel. Barrett absent).
MOTION by Selectman Dalton, duly seconded by Chairman Crawford: I move that the meeting be adjourned. The motion was approved 2-0 (Selectman Barrett absent). The meeting was adjourned at 7:33 p.m.
