Post a Bulletin Board Announcement

The following are a few guidelines for submitting Bulletins.
 
1. Please keep your information as brief as possible. If there is too much information the Font size of the Bulletin has to be smaller and therefore becomes harder to read.
2. Please may sure to include vital information such as Time and Place of the Event.
3. Please let me know the amount of time to display your Bulletin.
4. If you have a logo or photo, please submit it as a jpeg and I will do my best to incorporate it into the ad.
5. You should have your Bulletin up and running at least 3-4 weeks before your event to assure that the message is reaching your potential audience.
 
Bulletins run on a 24 hour cycle and will expire on the day after the event. Please allow the appropriate amount of time to submit your request. Questionable material will be reviewed and determined if it may be aired. Lengthy Bulletins will be subjected to editing so that the materials will fit onto the templates.
