2024 Planning Board Meeting Schedule and Filing Deadlines

The Lynnfield Planning Board meets monthly on the last Wednesday of the month (unless otherwise noted), beginning at 7:00 p.m. During the Town Hall renovations, meetings will typically be held at the Al Merritt meeting room at 600 Market Street in Lynnfield; please check individual meeting agendas for any updates. Meetings and Public Hearings are posted on the Lynnfield Town Hall Bulletin Board outside the Town Clerk's office, the bulletin board on the lower level of Town Hall near the Conservation Office, and on the Planning Board webpage. Please check the "Agendas" section on the PB webpage for any final meeting updates. Submission deadline for meetings is typically on Mondays (7 business days prior to the meeting), unless a Public Hearing is required, in which case 14 business days notice is required. New Subdivision Applications must be submitted 4 weeks prior to the scheduled meeting date. All Submissions must also be submitted digitally via email. Asterics (*) indicate an adjusted deadline date due to holiday(s).
