Chair Dalton called the meeting to order at 4:01 p.m.

MOTION by Mr. Crawford, duly seconded by Mr. Connell: I move that the Board vote to renew the annual licenses granted by the Board as listed in the following categories, subject to payment of all fees and taxes prior to the end of the calendar year.

Assistant Town Administrator Robert Curtin said that there  are a few licensees who have not completed their applications, and suggested that the vote be made conditional on payment of all fees and taxes owed to the Town.
