Regency at Lynnfield

1301 Main Street Special Permit Application and Wetlands Permt

Toll Brothers, Inc. has applied to build a 66-unit senior housing development at the previous 1301 Main Street, Lynnfield (formerly part of Sagamore Spring Golf Course) to include a club house with swimming pool, patio, and associated parking with private drives.  Project will include on-site stormwater management and connect to the public water supply through Lynnfield Center Water District. The project requires two permit approvals from the Town: one from the Planning Board (Special Permit) and another from the Conservation Commission (Order of Conditions).
