We are nature's best hope, and the good news is that in our own yards we can make a difference to reverse the current trend of a dangerous decline in bees, birds and insects in North America. Join Dr. Doug Tallamy to learn simple steps that each of us can take to increase biodiversity in our yards which is so critically important to a healthy environment and to ourselves and future generations.

Doug Tallamy is a bestselling author of several books including Bringing Nature Home and most recently Nature's Best Hope. He is a professor in the Department of Entomology and Wildlife Ecology at the University of Delaware.

This program is offered in collaboration with the Lynnfield, Melrose, and Wakefield public libraries.
