Join us! Friday, Nov. 10 – FREE program - "Tree Walk and Sketch"!

Learn about trees and explore your creative side on Friday, November 10th with a Lynnfield Tree Walk and Sketch from 1 – 2:30 PM at Reedy Meadow.  Join members of the Tree Committee and the Lynnfield Art Guild at the Reedy Meadow Golf Course, 195 Summer Street, Lynnfield at the picnic tables on the edge of the parking lot.

Together we will learn about a variety of local trees and easy techniques for capturing those trees in sketches with pencil and ink.  Learn how to really see beautiful local trees while you sketch them.  Following a period of independent art creation, attendees will reconvene to share their creations. Fall refreshments will be provided.

This free program is suitable for all skill levels for ages 8 and up, accompanied by an adult. Please bring a chair and suitable sketching material (paper, pencils, pens, and something to lean your work on). We look forward to sharing this new program with you, although extreme inclement weather cancels the event.
